There are a lot of courses, and I am the author and teacher at "Environment Concept Art, Matte Painting and 3D for 2D" and "Digital Painting: Basics".
In this first course, I teach students how to draw landscape sketches, apply tone, light, color, and how to use matte painting and 3D packages in their workflow. They can also learn how to draw simple objects from zero to hero in Photoshop in the second course.
